Mrs. Peggy Holder Taylor, 80, of Lebanon, Tennessee, passed away Sunday, Oct. 26, 2025, at American House.
Born May 24, 1945, in Wilson County, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Herbert Holder and Bennie Barnett Holder.
She was a graduate of Lebanon High School and was a member of Rocky Valley Baptist Church. She worked in the insurance business most of her working career.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of over 51 years, Jimmy Taylor; two sisters, Virginia Todd and Pauline Smith; and brother, Gene Holder.
Survivors include her sister, Helen (Wayne) Wright; two sisters-in-law, Cindy (Dewey) Jackson and Joanne Goad; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Oct. 28, 2025, at 2 p.m. from the Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home with Bro. Nathan Thomason officiating. Visitation will be held from noon until the time of services. Interment will follow in Cedar Grove Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Steven Goad, Raymond and Cole Highers, Drew and Dewey Jackson and Brodie Brown.
