The Hartsville-Trousdale County Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new combination boutique of Bows & Spurs and Blue Roan + Co. located at 109 East Main St., Hartsville, on Saturday, June 14. The grand opening followed the ribbon cutting with live entertainment, food trucks and more to celebrate the new location.
