The Monday, June 23 meeting of the Hartsville-Trousdale County First Response Service Committee may have been the shortest meeting on record for the committee.
EMA/EMS Director Matt Batey was not present for the meeting but did submit a report for May 2025. Trousdale County Emergency Services took 136 calls and staffed two ambulances daily. Of the calls, 98 were 911 emergencies, and 38 were non-emergencies. Ambulances transported 98 people with an average response time of 8.38 minutes.
