Funeral services for Mrs. Charlotte Hunter Dillard will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 18, 2026, at Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home with Pastor Jeff Pratt officiating. Interment will follow in the Cedar Grove Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, Feb. 17 from 4-7 p.m. and again Wednesday from noon until the time of services.
Mrs. Dillard, 81, of Lebanon, Tennessee, passed away Saturday, Feb. 14, 2026, at Hartsville Health & Rehab.
Born March 20, 1944, in Wilson County, Tennessee, she is the daughter of the late Hugh Odell and Alice Marrs Hunter.
She operated a day care for over forty years, and was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joe B. Dillard Sr. Feb. 8, 2025; brother, Hugh Odell Hunter Jr.; and two sisters, Barbara Coffee and Darlene Smith.
She is survived by her four children, Sherry (James) Bryant, Christy (Mark) Thompson, Terri (Brian) Breeden and Joe (Jennifer) Dillard Jr.; seven grandchildren, Tiffany Thompson, Tatum (Remington) Tyler, Rachel Bryant, Emily Bryant, McKenzie (Trevor) Wimmer, Molly Dillard and Matthew Dillard; three great-grandchildren, Oaklyn, Rhett and Riggs Tyler; sister, Brenda Lannom; and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Mark Thompson, James Bryant, Brian Breeden, Remington Tyler, Trevor Wimmer, Kenny Dillard, John Dillard and Matthew Dillard.
Memorials may be made to the Immanuel Baptist Church Building Fund.
