The City of Red Boiling Springs recognized an employee for reaching 35 years of service.
On Friday, March 27, RBS Mayor Kenneth Hollis and other city staff presented Ray Long with a plaque at City Hall during a recognition ceremony with cake and ice cream.
“It’s been said there isn’t a water pipe in town that Ray hasn’t worked on, and we know it’s true,” the City said in a social media post. “Ray, we are beyond thankful for your unwavering commitment and hard work.”
RBS leaders say they hope Long continues to serve the City for another 35 years.
