Trousdale County School Nutrition will be partnered with TNKids Nutrition to feed children in the community this summer. TNKids will deliver food boxes to the listed locations every Friday in July. The food boxes will contain a combination of pantry and frozen items. Parents/guardians may pick up boxes and the child does not have to be present. To receive a box, please be at the delivery site most convenient for you. The delivery locations are as follows: Philippi Church of Christ, 970 Hwy 25, Castalian Springs — 9 a.m. -9:30 a.m.; 9:45 a.m. — 10:15 a.m. — Trousdale County High School, 262 W McMurry Blvd.; 10:30 a.m. — 11 a.m. — Hartsville Housing Authority, 208 Rogers St.; 11:15 a.m. — 11:45 a.m. — East Ridge/Lock 6 Apartments, 200 Sam Beasley Rd.; Noon — 12:20 p.m. — East Main Street, 601 East Main St.; 12:30 — 12 :50 p.m. — Fred A. The Farmers and Artisan Market is an evening market on Saturday, July 12 at the Hartsville City Park, 265 Marlene St., from 5-8 p.m. Something for the whole family!

Art in the Parks, a free event sponsored by the Hartsville Arts Council, invites all families of the community to bring their pre-K through 12th grade students to do a variety of art projects on Saturday, July 19 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Projects will include canvas painting, T-shirt creations, making paper flowers and so much more. The event will be held in Pavilion #3 at Hartsville City Park.
